Residential

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of up-scale residences and waterfront property within the City of Rochester and the Towns of Pittsford, Brighton, Webster, Irondequoit, Penfield, Perinton, Mendon and Victor. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also knowledgeable about new construction.

Commercial

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases, leases and sales of commercial property within Monroe County and throughout New York State. I concentrate my commercial work in the areas of mixed use and brownfield redevelopment.


PERSONAL

I have lived nearly two decades in Rochester, after moving to the area in 1988. As a long term and active resident of Rochester, I understand the local real estate market, and can provide my clients with the insight and in-depth support needed to successfully complete their home buying or selling experience. In recent years, I have been active in mixed use redevelopment, particularly within the Port of Rochester and Irondequoit Bay areas, and can provide a variety of specialized skills to developers.

Prior to my real estate career, I spent many years with Eastman Kodak Company in sales and marketing, followed by an appointment in Monroe County government. From this experience, I clearly understand how to meet my clients' needs and exceed their expectations, a concept that translates directly to my relationships with my real estate clients.

Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family, traveling, playing tennis and volunteering with various women's groups and organizations.
